Which payment methods do you accept?
All cards except American Express, and cash. Bookings are prepaid; no deposit is requested.
How can I change or cancel my booking?
Bookings made on this site are prepaid, non-refundable and non-modifiable, but a credit note is possible if you cancel at least 7 days ahead. If you booked through an online agency (Booking, Expedia…), contact that platform directly; the hotel cannot intervene.
What is the minimum age to book?
18.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:30 pm, check-out before 10:30 am. The hotel is open 24 hours a day, so late arrivals are welcome.
Can I check out late?
Yes, until 2:00 pm, for a supplement of €40, to be arranged with reception.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes. Hotel guests have free luggage storage at reception, before check-in and after check-out. OuiLockers connected lockers also welcome outside visitors.

Is the hotel accessible to guests with reduced mobility?
Yes. Renovated in 2023, the hotel has an entrance ramp (1 cm threshold), a lift serving every floor and a triple Superior room fully equipped for guests with reduced mobility (walk-in shower, adjustable seat, grab bars). Contact us to prepare your arrival.
Are pets allowed?
Yes: small dogs and cats (up to 1 m, one animal per room), with a supplement of €20 per day.
Is there parking?
A paid, covered and supervised public car park at 45 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, under 10 minutes on foot. Booking ahead is advised.
What about breakfast?
All-you-can-eat continental buffet from 7:00 am to 10:30 am: €15 per person, €10 when you book direct. No meat (halal by default); gluten-free options on request. Breakfast in your room is possible (book the evening before, by 6 pm).
What about Wi-Fi?
Free fibre-optic Wi-Fi up to 7 Gb/s throughout the hotel.
Is there a safe in the rooms?
No. A safe is available at reception.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
No, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.
